Celebrate America's 250th as the world’s largest flotilla of tall ships gathers. Join Event Biking NYC for the greatest sightseeing event in the nation’s history with a front bike seat view.

Paid parking at the Empire Outlet Parking lot enter side street 55B Richmond Ter, Staten Island, NY 10301 or find street parking, but we meet there.
