Quick ride on the island leaving from Union Church of Lavallette. We will loop from the church to mile marker 9 and down towards ISland beach state park. Flat, fast, early ride will start at 7 am and will be A paced 20-40 miles so we are done before it's too hot and too many people are out. Call me or text me AT 732-597-399 if not no ride.
