Description:   Bicycle to Upper Black Eddy Penn. to see if the monthly Pancake Breakfast has resumed.  If it hasn't, we can go to the Homestead General Store and have Whatever at one of their 4 seating areas.  We can substitute the Milford Bagel Store for the Homestead General Store if we wish to vote that store in.  We do not need to use Ranked Choice Voting.
