C/D 21 2-4 road/trail Goat Hill Overlook

C/D pace ( 8 to 11 mph average speed ) and no one left behind. There is one big climb to the Overlook. I use a road bike, but you may feel better on a hybrid, especially for the short (about half a mile) gravel section to the Overlook.
We will avoid the towpath (we will use rt. 29 instead) due to the heavy rains forecasted for Friday and Saturday.
